By removing unfair negative reviews and generating new positive ones, their rating climbed from 4.4 (8 reviews) to a perfect 5.0 (61 reviews) in seven months.

03 What is a Geogrid?

A geogrid visually maps out a business’s search ranking across different locations in its service area. Each point on the grid represents a unique spot, with a number showing how high the business ranks in Google Maps searches for that area.

Lower numbers (like 1, 2, or 3) are the best, showing that the business is among the top results seen by potential customers at that location which people usually click.

Higher numbers (especially 20+) mean the business is far down in the search results and unlikely to be noticed by customers.

04 Understanding Our Client’s Visibility Transformation Through a Geogrid

On the left map (before) from May 2024, this siding contractor had very poor visibility. Almost the entire grid was red, with rankings of 20+ across the map. This meant they were essentially invisible to local customers searching for siding services. A few scattered points, like 8 or 10, hinted at some potential, but it wasn’t enough to drive meaningful results.

By November 2024, as seen on the right map (after), the change is hard to miss. Most of the geogrid is now green, with rankings of 1-3 covering key service areas. Customers searching for “siding contractor” are now consistently seeing this business at the top of their search results. Even previously poor-performing areas saw drastic improvements, with rankings jumping from 20+ to 5, 6, and 7.

This transformation has significantly boosted the client’s visibility, helping them capture more leads and become the first option locally. With improved rankings across the board, they’ve become the go-to choice for siding services in their area.

The Results: What Changed

Here’s how our efforts paid off: impressions jumped 486%, meaning far more people discovered their business online.

Leads grew tremendously, with a 310% jump in calls and a 240% boost in website clicks, driving new business.
