We built a plan to address each problem, focusing on boosting their online presence and customer engagement. Here’s what we did:

Profile Optimization and Ongoing ManagementWe started by auditing and optimizing their Google Business Profile. This included ensuring all information was accurate and complete, adding relevant keywords to improve rankings, and updating their list of services. Weekly updates, such as fresh posts and announcements, ensured their profile remained active and engaging.

Leveraging Visual ContentWe uploaded high-quality, geo-tagged photos of their team at work. These images highlighted their expertise and reassured customers of their professionalism. This also improved their local rankings since Google favors profiles with fresh, location-based content.

03 What is a Geogrid?

A geogrid visually maps out a business’s search ranking across different locations in its service area. Each point on the grid represents a unique spot, with a number showing how high the business ranks in Google Maps searches for that area.

Lower numbers (like 1, 2, or 3) are the best, showing that the business is among the top results seen by potential customers at that location which people usually click.

Higher numbers (especially 20+) mean the business is far down in the search results and unlikely to be noticed by customers.

By October, as shown on the right map (after), the change is hard to miss. The majority of the geogrid is now green, with rankings of 1 and 2 across most of the area. This means the business is consistently showing up at the very top of search results across the map. In addition, formerly red areas improved significantly, with numbers moving from 20+ to 14, 18, and even 5 in certain spots.
